**Job Description**

Address Advisors is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, overseeing the entire sales process, and building strong relationships with key clients and developers.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Set clear performance goals and track progress regularly, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, understanding client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.

**Requirements**

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).

**Salary Range**: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.
