We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for advising clients on investment opportunities in high-end residential projects by Tier 1 developers. Your key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, recommending suitable properties, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of premium residential properties to clients based on their investment preferences.
  • Development and maintenance of robust client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Complete management of the sales process, including initial contact, site visits, and post-sale engagement.
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Staying updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insights.
