About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Leader to drive sales performance and strategy for our premium residential portfolio in Bangalore.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales closures for allocated residential projects, co-ordinating with marketing to share lead funnel targets and monitor metrics, and strategizing plans for different direct sourcing channels.

You will also need to effectively co-ordinate with HO and cross-functional stakeholders on support for different sales verticals, lead sales administration, and ensure 'customer journey' cadence at customer experience centres.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in direct sales/sales closures in Bangalore residential real estate and minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with consultative selling skills, problem-solving abilities, empathy, and strong inter-personal skillsets. You should also have the ability to influence senior stakeholders through persuasive logic and reasoning, and be passionate about residential real estate.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
