Luxury Residential Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at JBrown India, a leading real estate firm. This is a full-time on-site role for our clients launching a project in Bangalore and looking for a seasoned professional to manage and promote branded residences.
Job Description:- Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote branded residences to potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform sales decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate sales and knowledge of the residential property market
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities

- A competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards)
