Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional

We are looking for a seasoned Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling High-End residential properties to affluent clients. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking Luxury Properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of luxury real estate clients through effective marketing and networking efforts.
  • Bid on and close luxury real estate transactions, ensuring maximum profitability for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of luxury real estate transactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
  • Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi.
  • Go-Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
  • MBA in related discipline preferred.
  • Both female and male candidates can apply.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation Package: ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month
