Job Description:
We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking luxury properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
- List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads in the HNI category.
- Host open houses and private showings for prospective buyers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
- Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Traits: Go Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
- Education: MBA in related discipline preferred.
- Gender: Both Female & Male Candidates can apply.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans may be offered.
