Job Description: Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling Premium Luxury Homes to affluent clients. This role requires a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking Luxury Properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
  • List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads in the HNI category.
  • Host open houses and private showings for prospective buyers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
  • Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi.
  • Go-Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
  • MBA in related discipline preferred.
  • Both female and male candidates can apply.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary Range: ₹1,44,000 - ₹2,40,000 per month
