Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Plot Relationship Manager at Guru Punvaanii Properties in Bengaluru. The primary responsibility involves managing customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome new customers, explain their booking details, and make them feel valued.
• Assist in the onboarding process and address queries from internal departments.
• Regularly update customers on their project progress and other relevant details.
• Cross-sell and build strong relationships for referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Analytical skills, sales, and project management expertise.
• Strong communication and market segmentation abilities.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
