Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Executive. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building client relationships for residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Lead Generation and Client Relationships: Identify potential customers and generate leads in the given territory, build and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets
  • Property Visits and Presentations: Conduct property visits and provide information to potential clients, prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration and Industry Events: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, attend industry events and stay updated on market trends
  • Sales Activities and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Salary: ₹8-15 lakhs per annum (approximately USD $10,000-$18,500)
