Job Title: Senior Real Estate Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team at Address Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Source and evaluate residential properties that meet client requirements, conducting site visits and due diligence as needed.
- Negotiate competitive deals with property owners and developers, ensuring timely and successful transactions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, preferably with an MBA.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
- In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹50,00,000 - ₹70,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
