Job Overview

Foxsense Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Professional to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT software industry.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and develop action plans to meet targets.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
