Sales Leadership Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Director to drive our sales efforts and lead our team to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement action plans to address any shortfalls.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team. Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Client Focus: Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
