**Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 20+ years of experience in sales leadership. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
