**About the Role**
As a Senior Sales Director at Address Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within our Residential Real Estate division. With a strong focus on leadership and team management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, building strong relationships with key clients and developers, and managing a high-performing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a skilled sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Set clear performance goals and track progress regularly.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
**Property Acquisition and Sales**
- SOURCE AND EVALUATE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES THAT MEET CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.
- CONDUCT PROPERTY SITE VISITS AND DUE DILIGENCE.
- Negotiate competitive deals with property owners and developers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
**Operational Excellence**
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- MBA with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
- In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
**Salary Range**: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.
