Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Performance Manager to join our fast-growing SaaS sales team in the US SMB market. The successful candidate will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, leverage strong prospecting skills, and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role. They will be able to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in North America's SMB market.
- Leverage strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the customer's needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hunting/new closer/new logo/closer/new client acquisition (AE, Sales Manager) experience.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years handling North America as a territory must have sold to SMB with high-velocity sales.
- Experience in advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Sandler, etc is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Proficient with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among other sales stack.
