Sales Performance Manager for India Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in India. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will work closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and management to develop and implement plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to position RUCKUS's solutions as the preferred choice for end-users through strategic partnerships with channel distributors, installation business partners, consultants, engineers, and integrators.

You will make a significant impact by:

  • Energizing interactions with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and guide them through the sales process.
  • Utilizing industry publications and digital resources to qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem.
  • Leveraging internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, and other services to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business opportunities using CRM and applying account planning principles.
  • Driving the adoption of the RUCKUS Sales Methodology and promoting its benefits within the organization.
  • Fostering creative thinking and planning to identify new fields of play and opportunities that position RUCKUS as the leading solution provider.
  • Following up on inbound leads generated by external tools and implementing call-out campaigns and cold calling initiatives.
  • Overcoming objections from prospective customers and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of potential opportunities using D365 and SFDC.
  • Ensuring follow-up with calls to action, dates, and complete profiles of information.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience.
