India Sales Vertical Director

This sales leadership position involves managing our high-velocity mid-market India sales vertical, which has been founder-led so far. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee revenue targets for our fastest-growing segment. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning mid-market India new revenue targets and taking proactive measures to exceed them.
- Managing an outbound calling team for setting up meetings and an inside sales team for closing deals.
- Implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
- Maintaining quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos.
- Planning and forecasting sales performance, monitoring funnels, and reporting dashboards.
