Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

We're looking for an Associate Director of Sales to lead our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical. This role involves managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, owning revenue targets of our fastest growing segment, and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS exposure, and a track record of managing high velocity sales motions. They should be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder. Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen are essential.
This role reports directly to our CEO and offers a competitive salary and generous equity (ESOP) package. We also provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, quarterly off-sites, cult fitness membership, personal development opportunities, unlimited leaves, and salary in advance.
