Director of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Revenue Growth to spearhead our sales strategy and drive business expansion for Bradford Consultants LLP, a prominent Auto Component company.
Salary- ₹2.5 Crore - ₹3.5 Crore per annum.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, incorporating market analysis and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, set ambitious targets, and track performance metrics.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and foster strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
