Sales Director for E-commerce Brands

BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical. This role involves managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team to drive revenue growth.
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with a track record of managing high velocity sales motions. You should be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things business and sales, with a strong ability to adapt and make things happen. They will be responsible for owning our overall mid-market India new revenue targets, managing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
In this role, you will also own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos, as well as sales planning and forecasting, monitoring funnels, and reporting dashboards.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of ₹24,00,000 per annum, paid out in the first week of the month, plus generous equity (ESOP) opportunities. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, quarterly off-sites, cult fitness membership, personal development opportunities, and unlimited leaves.
