Sales Operations Manager


About the Role:
At JFrog, we're reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate. As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day activities and performance of our Sales Operations team in India, working closely with global counterparts to drive overall productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team based in India, building and fostering a cohesive team.
- Manage the Order Management team and the 24/7 call center.
- Participate in new hire processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales account managers and Sales Ops.
- Establish and follow global standards for Quote-to-Order processes, focusing on SLAs, timeliness, accuracy, process consistency, and output quality.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of technology company experience, preferably in software subscriptions and licensing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales operations, team management, quote-to-cash processes, order management, and process optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of CPQ and CRM systems, best practices, and processes.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
