As a Sales Operations Lead Analyst at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales teams to identify data quality and system issues, and develop solutions to improve sales performance.

2. Provide business practices and processes to sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

3. Develop and communicate training programs to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in sales operations or systems analyst roles, with a focus on sales, consulting, and finance systems.

2. Strong knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, iProjects Deals, Q, PFM, Contracts, and Sales Planning Application.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex system and data analysis into actionable recommendations.

4. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
