Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst to join our team in India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze RCM functions such as EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals process, denial management, and account receivables
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience in relevant billing functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and typing (30 words per minute or above)

We offer a competitive salary of ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum, depending on experience.
