We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Healthcare Operations Associate - US Project Lead to join our Foundational Team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities, contribute to multiple projects, and drive impactful outcomes.

This role includes:
Key Responsibilities- SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF MARKETING STRATEGIES, CAMPAIGNS, AND ACTIVITIES, ALONG WITH CONTENT CREATION.
- ASSISTING THE SALES TEAM IN LEAD GENERATION, PRESENTATIONS, MEETINGS, AND ADDRESSING INQUIRIES WITH PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION.
- LEADING CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND SERVICE EXPERIENCES FOR GTM PILOT PROJECTS: FOLLOWING THE SERVICE PLAYBOOK TO FULFIL SERVICE REQUESTS, TIMELY RESOLUTION TO CUSTOMER ISSUES, DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS, AND COLLECTING FEEDBACK TO ENHANCE PRODUCTS/SERVICES AND OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
- COLLABORATING ACROSS TEAMS TO ENSURE PROGRAM SUCCESS BY TRACKING KPIs, ANALYZING DATA, AND IMPLEMENTING IMPROVEMENT SOLUTIONS.
We offer a salary range of $42,500-$52,000 per month, depending on experience.
