Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential hospital/Diagnostic centers for wellness services, ensuring high-quality partnerships that meet MediEnsure's standards.
  • Develop and execute plans to onboard hospitals for various health checkup packages, streamlining the process to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address provider queries/questions, providing timely solutions and updates to maintain smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile outstanding amounts from providers, ensuring accurate records and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Organize and coordinate healthcare camps and wellness events at client sites, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Onboard hospitals for doctor consultations, promoting effective communication and care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of data entry in excel/google sheets and internal portals, ensuring seamless reporting and analysis.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams to gather information and close tasks efficiently, enhancing overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English languages, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Based in Bangalore, with excellent understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
