Your Role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data hygiene and validation.
- Report adverse events and market complaints as per standard procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to quality standards for deliverables.
- Participate in training programs and develop skills relevant to the job.
- Build expertise in assigned therapy areas through self-learning and formal trainings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We're looking for candidates with a life science background, product knowledge, and MICC experience. A pharmacy background is also preferred. Education-wise, we require B. Pharma or M. Pharma qualifications.
Apart from technical skills, you should possess excellent communication, domain knowledge, pharmacovigilance knowledge, basic excel skills, and strong documentation skills.
Work Details
This role is based in Bangalore, and you'll be working from our office.
