Key Sales Performance Driver

Azentio Software, a leading provider of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software products, seeks an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales performance and effectiveness. With 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance sales productivity, streamline onboarding, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and sales operations teams to create engaging learning experiences, develop and execute training programs, and equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. Your expertise in developing and executing enablement programs, as well as your proficiency with sales tools and technologies, will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and training skills, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences. Data-driven with the ability to measure and optimize sales performance, you will be able to track the success of enablement initiatives and continually optimize training programs, sales resources, and performance. A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to drive results is essential for this role.
