The Role

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products.
  • Managing point-of-sale processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Staying up-to-date on products, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research.
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients and meeting their needs.
  • Exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
  • Any sales experience considered, with a preference for automotive industry experience
  • Bike with driver's license required
