Job Title: Sales Manager - Key Accounts
The Sales Manager - Key Accounts will be responsible for managing the activities of multiple large customer accounts within MHXX and a defined specific market segment. This includes the strategic development of key accounts, the management of all commercial issues, and ensuring that the customer receives high-quality service and products while presenting negotiating terms of sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day sales activities for a group of customers within MHXX to maintain long-term relationships with them.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement the defined sales strategies for the specific key account or customers within the MHXX to achieve M+H revenue targets and service goals.
- Visit new and existing customers, consult them on all market-relevant M+H products, provide information on new products that could fit customers' business needs, conduct product trainings/workshops, undertake the role of consultant through analytic tools, prepare presentations.
- Monitor the sales performance of customers such as Turnover, Forecasting, and Receivables while receiving and giving feedback on critical issues, directing customers to achieve their goals.
- Support the key account or customers in the development of growth strategies, pricing strategies, marketing programs, etc. to ensure optimal market performance and competitiveness.
- Process customer complaints/product returns.
- Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, Sales Representative, BDEs, customer service, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education.
- 5-6+ years of Automotive work experience in the aftermarket sector (Working with Automotive Component Industry).
- Should be well-versed in channel Management/Dealer Handling.
- Business acumen, customer orientation, organization, and coordination skills, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills.
- MS office skills, Microsoft PPT, Advanced Excel, Tech Savy & Adaptable.
