About the Role

This position involves working as a Sales Key Account Manager for PayU, focusing on acquiring and serving merchants through online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close business proposals to acquire new merchants.
  • Provide support in onboarding merchants, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Address sales and basic lifecycle management queries for merchants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant queries efficiently.
  • Cross-sell PayU products to merchants to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • We seek a self-driven, highly motivated individual who can thrive in a competitive environment.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is required.
  • Mandatory experience in the Payments Domain.
