About the Role
This position involves working as a Sales Key Account Manager for PayU, focusing on acquiring and serving merchants through online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close business proposals to acquire new merchants.
- Provide support in onboarding merchants, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Address sales and basic lifecycle management queries for merchants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant queries efficiently.
- Cross-sell PayU products to merchants to increase revenue.
Requirements:
- We seek a self-driven, highly motivated individual who can thrive in a competitive environment.
- 6-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is required.
- Mandatory experience in the Payments Domain.
