Sales Performance Executive

Covenant Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
In addition, the successful candidate will develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans to drive growth and expansion.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiate contracts effectively.
The Sales Performance Executive will also be responsible for planning, evaluating, and optimizing sales targets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
With a focus on delivering exceptional results, the successful candidate will prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of sales performance and revenue.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
