About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of paper cups in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our paper cup products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, collaborating with production and logistics teams as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 8-14 years of experience in sales and marketing of paper packaging, food packaging, FMCG.
  • Effective English grammar and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
