Role Overview:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Director will lead our global team's efforts for sales and marketing initiatives. This includes identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, pitching our offering, converting them, and onboarding onto our platform. Additionally, they will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that position us as the premier luxury lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain global sales plans
  • Manage sales pitch presentations, updating them with the latest offerings
  • Pitch to potential clients, explaining our offering and addressing their questions
  • Onboard new clients
  • Collaborate with the branding agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including designing communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand
  • Preferred backgrounds include wealth management, private banking, premium credit cards, clubs, luxury retail, auto, and hospitality brands
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
