Head of Sales Strategy

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Sales to join our leadership team and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
