Job Overview

Fasal, a leading company in the agri-business industry, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our team in the south geography. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 8-10 years of experience in agri-business marketing & sales, preferably in hi-tech horticulture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and setting up entire marketing and sales teams, as well as developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets, including sales and market penetration targets for the assigned zones.
  • Lead a team of Area Managers, Territory Manager, and customer success teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Establish and implement processes for a systematic approach to sales, including tracking performance and revising strategy to deliver on goals.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide market feedback and improve the solution.
  • Create and evaluate promotional plans to drive demand and product awareness.
Requirements
  • MBA / PGDM / ABM from a reputed Institute.
  • 8-10 years of experience in agri-business marketing & sales, preferably in hi-tech horticulture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the south geography.
  • Ability to build and set up the entire marketing and sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
