About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Labkafe. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in Odisha and Bihar.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in selling laboratory equipment and furniture to schools and book publishers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to execute client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or publishing industry
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: ₹37,500 - ₹45,000 per month (dependent on experience)
