Job Description
As our Sales Director for Odisha Market Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the Odisha market. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the Odisha market.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up.
- Market Penetration: Identify and explore new business opportunities across Odisha, ensuring growth in market share.
- Critical Thinking: Use analytical skills to monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the Odisha market, preferably in the construction materials industry. You should also have strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and self-starting qualities with the ability to work independently and drive results. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is also required.
