Surya International Enterprise Private Limited seeks a highly skilled Solar Sales Director to lead and manage all solar sales activities across India.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and driving sales operations to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the solar industry, and a proven track record of sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Create and execute national solar sales strategies to meet organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competition in the solar sector.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
- Business Development: Establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the solar energy sector.
- Operational Management: Monitor and ensure the execution of sales strategies and activities across all regions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the solar energy market, products, and technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
