Job Title: National Director of Solar Sales and Development
Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Director of Solar Sales and Development to lead our sales efforts across India.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the solar energy market, products, and technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a national solar sales strategy to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the national solar sales strategy to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competition in the solar sector.
- Forecast sales projections and develop plans to meet them effectively.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the solar energy sector.
- Drive business expansion through partnerships, large-scale projects, and new market penetration.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of sales performance. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the solar energy market, products, and technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
