Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹80 lakhs per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Sales Manager to lead our e-commerce sales strategy and drive online revenue growth. As the ideal candidate, you will have 3-8 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets.

About the Role:

As our Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets. You will oversee and manage our company's online store(s), ensuring the website is optimized for user experience, speed, and conversion.

You will work closely with our digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies to boost online visibility. Additionally, you will create engaging and effective content for product listings, banners, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee and manage the company's online store(s), ensuring the website is optimized for user experience, speed, and conversion.
  • Implement tools and strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies to boost online visibility.
  • Create engaging and effective content for product listings, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer feedback, manage reviews, and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Track and analyze sales data, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Provide regular reports on online sales performance, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of online sales specialists to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.
  • Train team members on best practices for online sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets
