Solar Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our national B2B solar sales operations at Surya International Enterprise Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our presence in the B2B solar panel market, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from prospecting to deal closure.

The National Head - Solar Sales will oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. This role requires a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large accounts, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the solar or renewable energy industry. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our footprint in the B2B solar panel market
  • Identifying and targeting potential EPC companies as prospective clients for solar panel sales
  • Maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at EPC companies and ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Overseeing the sales process, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure operational efficiency

The estimated salary for this position is ₹30-40 lakhs per annum, based on the national average salary range for a sales director in India.
