Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Business Development Manager to lead our B2B solar sales operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our presence in the solar panel market. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with EPC companies across India, ensuring seamless coordination from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company's footprint in the B2B solar panel market.
2. Identify and target high-potential EPC companies as prospective clients for solar panel sales.
3. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at EPC companies.
4. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals.
5. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure operational efficiency.
6. Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
8. Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals in alignment with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in the solar or renewable energy industry.
2. Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large accounts.
3. Deep understanding of the solar energy market and EPC companies in India.
4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
6. Competency in analyzing sales data, forecasting, and strategic planning.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
