Job Description: Global E-commerce Sales DirectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global E-commerce Sales Director to lead our online sales strategy and drive business growth through e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement tools and strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and cross-selling.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies to boost online visibility.
- Create engaging and effective content for product listings, banners, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback, manage reviews, and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum depending on experience.
