Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee and manage the company's online store(s), ensuring the website is optimized for user experience, speed, and conversion.
- Implement tools and strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and cross-selling.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies to boost online visibility.
- Create engaging and effective content for product listings, banners, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback, manage reviews, and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Track and analyze sales data, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Provide regular reports on online sales performance, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and motivate a team of online sales specialists to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Train team members on best practices for online sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of online orders.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate / MBA In Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets
The estimated salary for this role is ₹50-80 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
