**Job Description: Sales Executive (Target Based) - Bhubaneswar Location**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business consulting packages and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the client's needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals.
- Leverage digital marketing and lead generation concepts to identify and engage with potential leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a target-driven sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and the ability to effectively manage the entire sales cycle.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and lead generation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using laptops, software, and CRM systems for sales activities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike for travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in selling business consulting or related services is a plus.

**Location**:Bhubaneswar, with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
