Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your social media outreach skills to identify and engage potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Conduct proactive research to identify target prospects within our ideal customer profile.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and educate them about our products/services.
- Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for our sales team based on predefined criteria and targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development.
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote or office environment.
- Organized, with good time management skills.
- Comfortable working on a target-based compensation structure.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
