Job Title: Sales Executive - North East Region

Job Description:

  • Responsible for driving sales growth in the North East region by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with key customers.
  • Promote Otis products and services to existing and potential customers, and provide expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and work closely with the sales team to achieve regional sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs, and provide feedback to the management team to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
  • Manage complex sales situations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with Otis products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Otis policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools and technologies.
