The Role of Regional Lead - Channel Partner

Job Description

This position involves engaging and retaining Channel Partners, ensuring they receive payouts for their respective cities. The goal is to build a strong network influence.

The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining the company brand image by adhering to an appropriate code of conduct. They will work from the Experience Center, with some fieldwork required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own team targets for ECVs (Equivalent Customer Value)
  • Channel Sales and Bookings
  • Confirmed Bookings in the city
  • Ensure daily audits are conducted for CP meetings
  • Customer Referral Quality
  • Engage Channel Partners through trust
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A post-graduation or graduate degree with relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in core Channel Partnership
  • Good connections with Channel Partners and End Customers alike
  • The ability to keep the team motivated and target-driven
  • A good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
