Job Description:

The role of a Senior Real Estate Partnership Manager involves building a robust network of real estate brokers in a designated area and developing strategic partnerships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular visits to channel partners to establish strong influence over the network
  • Maintaining a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners
  • Ensuring high-quality leads, defined as experience centre visits or site visits for each customer lead shared by the channel partner
  • Cross-functional department coordination to ensure channel partner satisfaction
  • Frequent follow-up with internal team members to guarantee appropriate action on customer requests
  • Maintaining engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of Livspace
  • Upholding the brand image of Livspace by adhering to a proper code of conduct

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or similar qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience working with real estate channel partners is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
  • Exceptional sales skills with the ability to connect with channel partners and end customers alike
  • Two-wheeler with a valid license
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or regional language
  • Highly motivated individual with target-driven mindset
  • Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability

Estimated Salary: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
