Livspace is seeking an experienced Strategic Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Manager - Channel Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokers in the designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit channel partners regularly to foster trust and cooperation, ensuring a robust network of real estate professionals working together to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure a steady flow of customer databases and leads through effective collaboration with channel partners.
  • Maintain the highest standards of lead quality, defined as Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee channel partner satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Follow up with internal team members to verify that customer requests are addressed timely and efficiently.
  • Promote engagement among channel partners through open communication, reliable service offerings, and trust-based relationships, thereby preserving the brand image of Livspace.
External Skills and Expertise:
  • A minimum of a Graduation or Similar Qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate brokers and their business practices is essential.
